Overwhelmingly Overcome

Despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.
Romans 8:37

Sometimes what you need most is simply the assurance that everything is going to be okay. Your spirit longs for the guarantee that you will make it through this challenge—that all is well and God is still active on your behalf.

But, friend, be assured—not only will you endure this trial, you will emerge from it as more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). In other words, not only will you survive this difficulty, but when it is done, it will lift you to new heights in your life and relationship with God (Habakkuk 3:17-19).

For example, Joseph did not just “make it through” his prison years—they were the training ground the Lord used to make him the second most powerful man in the world. Had he not gone to prison, he would never have made it to the palace (Genesis 39-50).

Therefore, live above your circumstances and enjoy great confidence because Jesus gives you everything you need to live the abundant life. He assures you of victory. All is definitely well.

Lord, thank You for making me more than a conqueror. l praise You for leading me to eternal victory, amen.
