It is good to give thanks to the LORD and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High.
PSALM 92:1
Do you pray to God with thanksgiving in your heart? Do you approach His throne of grace with praise? If so, you’ve likely found that doing so ushers you into His presence in a way nothing else can. You move from worrying about your problems to exalting the One who can solve anything that concerns you. And it is in these moments of adoration that the Father gives you the unshakable assurance that all will be well.
Therefore, right now, praise Him. Thank God that He has the power to resolve your problems, wisdom to know what’s best for you, and mercy to forgive your failings. Worship the Lord for His love, for His wonderful purpose for your life, and for providing you with a home in heaven.
No doubt you’ll have more reasons to voice your appreciation. But one thing is sure-there’s no substitute for thanksgiving and praise to grow your intimate relationship with the Father. Therefore, don’t wait. Worship the Lord for who He is right now.
You are my Savior, Redeemer, Victorious Warrior, Healer, Deliverer, and Counselor. Thank You for loving me, my Lord and my God!
In His presence… praise God with a thankful heart.
