Be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time.
EPHESIANS 5:15–16
Are you afraid of saying no to people because of what they may think? If so, find freedom in this today: Jesus often set boundaries with others, denying their demands. And because He did, you can and should too.
Why? Because when your life lacks firm boundaries, you become an easy target for the enemy. He fills your life with so many seemingly “good” activities that you’re too busy to seek the Lord’s will. Eventually you find yourself tired, unfulfilled, and lacking the peace and joy the Father promised you.
This is why it’s so essential for you to set wise boundaries and refuse to be drawn off course. Because if you fail to prudently manage the time God has given you, you may become disheartened and weary—missing all He’s planned for you.
So today, ask the Lord to reveal His path for you. He will teach you how to walk with wisdom and make the most of the opportunities He has for you.
Father, bless me with wise boundaries. Show me Your will so I can always obey You and say yes to Your opportunities, amen.
In His presence . . . identify His opportunities.
