Everyone has sinned. Yet God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.
Romans 3:23-24

Do you ever quake in fear after reading in God’s the sins listed word? Are there transgressions that make you feel as if the Father could never accept you? After all, the apostle Paul warns, “Those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God’ (Galatians 5:21). Is it possible that you’ve offended Him in a way that He would reject you forever?

Friend, Romans 3:23 is clear—every person has some aspect of sin in his or her life. That’s why we need Jesus in the first place. We cannot enter the kingdom of God without Him! But when you accept Jesus as your Savior, you are washed in His blood and sin’s stain is removed. You have a restored, permanent, personal relationship with the Father.

Friend, your sin does not surprise God. He has forgiven you in Christ. You no longer have any reason to fear.

Jesus, through Your death and resurrection You’ve washed my soul, removed the stain of sin, and brought indescribable joy to my heart! Thank You! Amen.

In His presence… accept God’s gift of forgiveness.
